For a very limited time at the end of the winter season, the snow in our local alpine valleys freezes into a hard crust at night and during the day you can ride across the valley as though you were riding on a paved road! No longer constrained by the trail, you have the freedom to bike anywhere the crust is good while soaking in the gorgeous spring sunshine and good vibes!
We will ride over the amazing crust snow, a special phenomenon that only occurs for a limited period of time at the end of winter each year. Our guided fat-bike tours offer guests an unparalleled view of our local alpine valleys and forests - there is nothing quite like biking on these gentle giant tires to fall in love with the magic of nature. Fat Biking offers up a beautiful way to experience our local natural spaces while minimizing impact on our trails, giving riders the ability to gently ride over terrain that is all but inaccessible during the summer months.
