Being from Australia we took the North to Alaska cruise from Vancouver to Whittier with the wife, daughter and her fiancé. Bus to Anchorage, checked in to our hotel and were picked up by a bus and taken to the lodge for the chopper tour. Takes about an hour from Anchorage with great scenery and an awesome bus driver. Could not fault this tour as it well exceeded expectations and well worth the money. The chopper ride was great, excellent scenery and saw bears on a mountain. Landing on top where the dogs were there was plenty of snow and 50 dogs all excited to go for a run. Our musher was friendly, informative and funny, the sled ride was fun, meeting and patting the dogs was great. Plenty of great photos and video. Chopper down on top of glacier was awesome. Chopper ride back to the lodge. Then bus back to hotel. All the people that belong to this business are fantastic. This is a bucket list thing for sure and probably one of if not the best thing We have done and we have been to many places around the world. Dress warm and take the gloves as it’s cold in the snow on top of the mountain.

A must do experience. We fell in love with the views, the dog sledding and the dogs themselves. Being able to land on a glacier was just incredible. I recommend everyone who visits Alaska to come down and do this!

Absolutely an amazing experience dogsled was some much fun. The glacier landing was the best thing l have ever done. I would highly recommend doing the experience.

A bucket list item for sure! It was everything listed online but really words can’t describe the experience of landing on a glacier or riding a dogsled on the glacier with itarod-trained dogs. Spectacular!
