オーロラの撮影には、少なくとも f/2.8 18-35mm のレンズと、最高の写真を撮るための適切な三脚を備えた DSLR カメラを強くお勧めします。オーロラはスマートフォンでも撮影できます。ただし、時間露光を行うため、最良の結果は DSLR カメラを使用した場合に得られることを知っておいてください。寒くなる可能性があるため (氷点下)、気象条件に適した服装をし、予備のカメラ バッテリーを用意してください。気温が低いと、バッテリーが急速に消耗する可能性があります。

To be honest the northern...

To be honest the northern lights showed up only for a brief moment and they were not that green but the experience of sitting the whole night in the middle of complet wilderness and looking on the sky its something else, beautiful. It was very cold outside but Scott was keeping us warm in his car the whole time.

Scott has excellent communication with you on what the conditions and expectations are looking like the night you go out. Even with perfect conditions, the lights were elusive for us but everything was set and prepared for when they appeared. Then the magic happened and we were totally prepared to capture all the night sky had to offer. I would highly recommend this tour and Scott is a very knowledgeable guide to the area and the Northern Lights. He’ll also tell you if he doesn’t think conditions are right and it could take all night so be patient. Also, Scott’s high res prints from our night are postcard quality.

Took a Spontaneous trip to Alaska in hopes to see the Northern Lights and check it off my bucket list. And Scott helped me accomplish that goal! Scott was very knowledgeable about Alaska, photography and where the best place to see the lights! He goes over and beyond for his guests. Provided snacks, drinks, blankets, chairs, hand warmers and always leaves the car running so you can warm up :). Even though weather wasn’t cooperating, finally got to see the Lights. I HIGHLY recommend booking through Scott. You won’t be disappointed!

Scott was awesome, he called me about four hours before we where suppose to go out. He told me the cloud coverage would make it almost hard to see the Aurora's so we rescheduled for the next night. So he picks me up at 7:30, and then the rest of the tour (2 more guys) as planned. We drive to five different spot, due to snow and clouds. Yet...the whole time, the entire group is talking about this and that... I was a fun group of people.

The trip was great but unfortunately the clouds were very visible and we did not get to see much of the northern lights but the driver Scott was great.
