This is the second time I’ve taken this brew tour with Big Swig. There’s so much to learn and it’s such a great time! Bryan is knowledgeable and the breweries show how their operations run in such a fun way. The beer is fantastic, of course!

I enjoyed the variety of the three breweries we toured. All had excellent beers in different settings. The charcuterie servings were delicious as well. We also received great recommendations for places to visit on the rest of our trip. I would highly recommend this if you have a free afternoon.

The tour was so much fun and better than any beer tour I have ever done. We got SOOO much beer and had so much fun. Brian, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and made our day awesome. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is interested in beer or just interested in having fun! If me and my wife return to Anchorage in the future we will definitely be doing this tour again. Do not hesitate to book this for a day of beer, food and fun!

We had an amazing time! Brian was very knowledgeable and tailored the experience to each person on the tour based on beer preference and knowledge. It’s a great way to learn about Anchorage breweries! A must do for folks who love beer!

This was my first time taking this tour and would do it again. I'm not a big craft beer drinker and I really enjoyed this tour. Bryan is super knowledgeable and took us to 3 different breweries. I learned a lot and have a new appreciation for craft beer. I also loved how excited each of the brewery staff were to see us when we arrived and greeted us with such genuine enthusiasm.

Bryan led our tour and took us to three breweries in the greater Anchorage area. Bryan has a unique passion for beer, and I learned a few things that I didn't know. At our first stop we sampled beers and climbed-up onto the brewing deck with the brew master to learn about their beer making process. I've taken many brewery tours in my days, in many countries, but this one was more personal and because the brew master was passionate it made for a great experience. At our third stop we sat down with the brewery owner and learned what it's like to start up and run your own commercial brewery; what a fantastic experience. At each stop along the way, in-between the beer flights that we selected, Bryan would add additional selections that he thought were unique to each of the three breweries. Another interesting aspect of this tour was Bryan's knowledge of the beers being brewed at each brewery. For example, we'd be sitting there sampling our beers and the subject of our favorite type of wine or whiskey or fruit would come up and Bryan would disappear and come back with a bottle of beer that he thought we might like based on our wine or whiskey preference-and they turned out to be quite good choices. I'd recommend this tour to my family and friends, and to you, the person reading this review right now.
